Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments within a 24-hour time frame will result in a late cancellation fee worth 50% of the services booked which will be owed by your next appointment or via e transfer.

We do not allow children in the treatment room for saftey and insurance reasons. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee.

At On The Block Beauty we strive to provide you with high quality service and results. If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. 

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

Masks are mandatory. Before your treatment you will be asked a Covid-19 questionnaire and will be asked to sign off a waiver. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to Covid-19 guidelines.
